So after doing some research I believe I can reuse my psu

I'm just looking for a second opinion

I'm looking to run a 2500k @4.0
And a gtx570 (twin frozr 2) overclocked 850-900 with a few extra volts depending on how good the chip is
1 hdd and 1 ssd, 2x 200mm case fans and a noctua CPU heatsink (120mm+140mm fans) and 1 bluray writer

Opinions? Thanks!
