Both are fully modular, use only Japanese 105°C capacitors, have a single +12V rail and utilize a hybrid fan control which offers silent operation (more on this feature in the next pages). Today we will have the chance to test the 1000W unit (or SS-1000XP) and see how it scores against the competition.

If you meet these two requirements.

1)You Game with high powered Hardware constantly.
2) You Fold.

If you do , then get a Platinum unit.
If not Gold or Silver will suffice. Only grab a Bronze if you are on a budget.

Also, XFX has released their Gold and Platinum units based on Seasonics. Now to wait for reviews on both units.

Total non issue, they have different cables that both go into the same plug. If you're afraid people will mix up the cables, try forcing a PCI-E into EPS12V or the other way around.
