Default Which option is better?

I have an i7 950 processor and 2 GTX 480 cards in SLI. My plan is to overclock the 950 to 4GHz and 480s to 800MHz. I have $250 to spend. Here are my options:

Corsair HX1000 PSU + Scythe Ninja 3 CPU Cooler

or

Corsair TX950 PSU + Noctua D-14 CPU Cooler

I wanted to know if TX950 is enough to overclock CPU and GPUs. Thanks

Why not option C)
HX1050 + Hyper 212+ ? It will net you probably as good results as the Ninja and cost 10 bucks or so less. Hell drop a SECOND fan on it and it will certainly do as good or better. Stacking heatpipes on top of heatpipes is foolish and mainly a e-peen extender.

OR D)
Stretch your budget by ten bucks get the HX1050 and a Prolimatech which is on sale for ten bucks more than the ninja. ;)
NCIX.com - Buy Prolimatech Megahalems Rev B CPU Heatsink Cooler LGA1156 LGA1155 LGA1366 LGA775 - Prolimatech - Megahalems Rev. B - in Canada

or E)
Relaize that two 480s plus a 950 will NOT need 950 watts of power.... and go with something like the Corsair AX750 / AX850 (or seasonic X series) + Prolimatech

Yah 850w would do it for 2x 480 but really I would never recommend getting just enough power for any system. That is unless you dont mind upgrading the PSU again if you upgrade the GPUs down the road. Plus running a psu at close to max capacity is going to decrease the lifespan of it over time. Good recs from akg, listen to him he is the cooler guru.

thanks for replies AkG and Eldonko, going with HX1050 and saw Noctua D-14 on sale for $55 bringing the total to $255.
