This one is a few years old but I'm wondering if it is still good in comparison to newer PSUs?

so that is 80+ Bronze nowadays right?

There is one locally refurb for under $90, so I was wondering if there was a better way to get 820 watts?

If you ask around you will find that OCZ doesn't have the best rep. Refurbs of OCZ are even less popular.

What are you powering that is going to pull 822w?

i would not get it..id rather near max out a seasonic 850 than that one lol.

Power Supplies should also be one of the most important choices you make think of it as a marriage (to a woman), if she leaves or dies she's taking a bunch of s**t with her!

So the better woman you have the less chance of any of this happening! Er Power Supply I mean! :)

I personally never had issues with OCZ PSU's had 4 of them, but now I always buy corsair!
