Default Antec Truepower new 550w handle my system?

Hi I am just wondering if this psu can handle my system. I used the online calculator here eXtreme Power Supply Calculator but I would like some input/source other than the calculator.

Intel i5 2500k I will probably OC @ 4-4.2ghz at ~1.35V (good oc?)
Nvidia GTX 560 ti
WD Black 640gb
4gb DDR3-1600mhz ram
~6 120mm fans including the one on Hyper 212+
~2 USB devices probably at most

I think I should be fine even with 40% cap aging + 90% load it will only draw ~477-527W according to the calculator. In the future I would probably only add a SSD or another HDD.

Thanks!

PS: This is on sale at newegg.ca for $60+$20 MIR free shipping

That PSU will be fine. I haven't managed to squeeze more than 300W OUT OF THE WALL with my Core i5 system, so even with your more aggressive overclock on the CPU you're not even at 3/4 load for that power supply. Also you shouldn't run into overcurrent protection shutting your PC down because it looks like Antec has set the protection limits high - good for your rig, but possibly bad if you actually short circuit something. You should be able to add quite a few HDDs to that system as well.

See HWC's review of your GPU with an even hungrier CPU: MSI GeForce GTX 460 1GB Hawk Review (I know title is GTX 460 but there's a 560 power figure consumption there)
