Well, what needs to be said has already been said. Your power supply currently seems like some generic garbage unit that will probably die if put under any sort of load.

The power requirements for your system aren't very high so you can easily get by on a lower power unit (maybe 500W) without having to worry. I would get rid of your current unit though and get a better quality one from a reputable brand.

Name brand PSUs usually have Good components in them. I get confused with the single rail dual rail stuff on PSUs but I recommend looking at some of the PSU reviews here on the site just so you can get an idea of how they differ. That is how I learned allot about PSUs and not to by cheap ones sure you save money right there and then but in the end it could cost you allot more becasue of your other components might fry out, I learned that a while ago hehe fried my Motherboard and my Graphics card or maybe it was just coincidence but either way I bought a new( reviewed model from here) PSU .

LOL. NO. You need like 450 watts TOPS. The 700w PSU is fine. Go back to gaming. :^)
