My System Specs

Default Need help picking a psu fast
I currently have a seasonic 400watt 80 plus psu to power the following,

890 AM3 Motherboard
Amd 550 Dual core (unlocked to quad)
blu-ray player/writer
sound card
HIS IceQ H567Q1GD Radeon HD 5670 1GB
TV Tuner card
PCI Fan cooler
3 80mm fans and three antec spot coolers and one 40mm fan
one sata controller card
5x 2tb green hard drives
1x 2tb black hard drive

Would that psu be enough or should I swap it for this cause it's on sale,

Don't bother swapping, you're barely stressing the Seasonic as it is. Not to mention the OCZ would be a sidegrade.

ya it's a seasonic so it will take that no problem unless you really want to buy the ocz, i grabbed one of those of a member and i am very happy with it not killer but very nice for the price range.

you are probably pushing 200 or so watts on load, i wouldnt bother sir :)

just use this calculator
Antec Power Supply Calculator
I tried ..antec calculator shows 331 w for your rig and your gfx card do not require a high powered psu unit ..under load it consumes around 250w only.
