A lot of Antec's PSU's are actually Delta if I'm not mistaken so there can be a difference.

And trust me, look at what some companies do when they get a PSU. I.e. See how bad Arctic Cooling butchered a Seasonic OEM model and you'll know what I mean.

That being said, a lot of companies that 'rebrand' do actually have their own engineering teams that they put the unit through and 'tweak' it at times.
So as suprising as it is, there can be differences from platform to platform.
