Well, if the fan is spinning and the low-power buzzer on the card isn't going off, it is getting all the necessary power and it may be another issue altogether.

I know its a dumb question but did you plug the 8 pin MB connector in?

Ok, here's an update: First, to answer your question, yes I did plug the 8 pin. Second, I've reinstalled the silencer to see if the video card fan was spinning, and yes it does. Third, since the problem persisted, I've reinstalled my GameXstream, and now guess what...my comp won't boot. It does the same thing as the silencer... F*&k !!!

Time to gut the system and run it on a bench and see what happens.

What do you mean by "gut the system"... I can't run a bench since it won't boot !

Pull the board out of the system and run a bare system:

board, cpu, memory, and video card

and hook up the power.

I'll do that...
It lets you know if there maybe a short or something funny going on with the case or the board it self. Also if you have one hook up a pc speaker if the board doesn't come with one to hear post beeps.
