Coil whine is easy to fix , regardless where it comes from.

...Clear nail polish , varnish , conformal coating , all will fix it.

A quick dab on each coil , let dry , voila !

Coil whine is not 'caused' by anything except poor quality varnishing at the factory....'dirty power' etc , is irrelevant.

This is when Zero is missed......
Not at all.....who?

Yes the nail polish mod is the trick, just beware of potentially voiding your Warranty.....been lucky so far this past few years:
PC P&C 750W
Corsair HX 1kW
Corsair AX 1.2 kW

No whine at all, I have read a few folks with the initial release of the AX 1.2kW were suffering this problem and of course Corsair provided the necessary RMA ......

+1 for the line conditioner anyway. Still useful regardless of the whine cause.

I recommend a step up from line conditioner and just buy a straight up UPS.
