IIRC it's the same OEM as the Corsair VX550/500 or something else in the VX line, so it's either CWT or SS.

EDIT: Judging by the pics from the review you posted, my money's on SS. SS and Antec seem to be the only ones who love their el-cheapo plastic airflow guides the most.

have a bud who came in with a puter, he says the fan is bothering him. i loaded it up and cant hear much of anything, so he is looking for something quieter lol. thats a tough choice. told him the next step would be fanless.

yes i saw seasonic but was wondering if there was a sure way without opening one up. ok you can see thru the wide open grill but small differences can give stuff away :)

I have seen reviews of arctic cooling psu (and psu included in AC cases) before and they were seasonic builds, but I am not sure if they use the same oem on these newer ones.

Seasonic. If he's looking for quieter, get him a Seasonic X-400FL or X-650.

the 650 is a hybrid design, you think it'd better stick with the completely fanless 450 ?
