Default psu for gtx470 SLI

Quick question, hopefully a quick answer :P

Will a corsair tx950 handle N470GTX Twin Frozr II SLI with an i7 950? Well, I know it will, but how will it handle if I start overclocking?

Thanks to sales and MIR I'll be able to get a 950 for the same price as a 750

close your eyes on it. the 850 can power dual 480's as long as no oc'ing is done. the 950 has more headroom.
