Default Budget PSU for Home server

Hey Guys,

Finally moved my WHS to a bigger case (my old V9). But, i had to use the canada comp PS for now and the 4 pin cable is stretched out. I need a better PS for my WHS.

Specs:

AMD Athlon II 245
Asus Mobo
(1) 500 gb WD black
(1) 2 TB Seagate green drive
(2) 1 TB Seagate 7200 drive

I'll be adding more drives and a SATA controller to this server in the future. Whats a good PSU for a WHS?

Is this any good?

Cooler Master Elite Power 460W Power Supply (RS460-PSARJ3-US) | Canada Computers

Or any recommendations? Budget is no more than $70

No, that PSU is not good at all. This is what I recommend: Antec EA-500D Green EarthWatts 500W Continuous Power Supply | Canada Computers

Any earthwatts 380-500w (whatever the best deal is), corsair 400cx (seem to be a few deals on them lately with MIR since the newer 430cx came out), or any seasonic 350w or greater.

took a quick look and newegg still has the 400cx with the MIR. $62, but then a $20 MIR and shipping is only $4.

Or earthwatts 380 on sale for $45 with free shipping and you don't have a MIR to deal with.
