So I got it today...but it seems like my PSU (Antec EarthWatts 380D) really hates it. PSU starts whining rather loudly when it's on battery power. And it's definitely the PSU, not the UPS. So is this bad? Any harm being done? Or is it just poor APFC? PC ran fine though until it shutdown normally.

I have it set to shutdown when 5 minutes of battery time remains, and it ran for about 5 minutes prior shutdown, so 10 minutes seems spot on.

Some power supplies do that with PSUs that output simulated/stepped sine wave power. It's not a problem.
