Default Silverstone SUGO 05 - 300W enough for the following?

i5 750 - probably stock settings but wouldn't mind 3.0Ghz OC
H55N-USB3
2x2GB G.SKILL ECO DDR3-1600 1.35v
XFX 5850
1x 1TB HDD
1x slim 8x DVD burner
Corsair H50

I've asked multiple times over at the SFF section at HardForums and they've said yes..but I trust the people here a bit more.

It'd be pushing it, but yes it should be fine. I think some people have run 5870's on those 300W PSU's. If you need further assurance, ask the people who've posted pics on the [H] itx gallery.

Personally i wouldnt run a system like that with at least a 450W power supply. You never know what you may add, say Crossfire your cards, overclock your cpu/gpu, etc.

I'd recommend picking this up NCIX.com - Buy Corsair CMPSU-400CX 400CX 400W ATX 12V 30A Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan - CMPSU-400CX In Canada. Its on sale and even less with a MIR. Corsair makes some great power supplies

isn't that an ATX PSU? the Sugo 05 only accept SFX. NCIX has Silverstones 450W SFX PSU listed but its not in stock. does anyone know if I can contact NCIX to know when it will be?

also, sorry for not responding for awhile, been busy with work.

You'd probably be just okay with the 300W PSU, but if you're looking for something better, this will do the job nicely: Newegg.ca - SeaSonic SS-350SFE 350W SFX12V V3.1 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

^I'll probably go with that if I can find it cheaper but I keep an eye out for the silverstone 450W.

The Silverstone is $30 more expensive at NCIX, and it's pretty likely that the Seasonic is actually a better-quality PSU.
