That BFG PSU is not very good. Please list the full specs of the system you need the PSU for and I'll find you something.

Edit:
Here's a 400W: Newegg.ca - CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies
Here's a 500W: Newegg.ca - SeaSonic SS-500ET Bronze 500W ATX12V v2.31 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

You should still post your specs though.

gonna be for the low budget crap case i just put back into use.
mb is x48
cpu is 2180 that will be heavily overclocked
2 gigs of ram
swiftech 350/355
at most 3 hd's
with maybe like 4 to 5 fans
and a video card not sure which one yet but nothing high-end at all at most a 4850 or 8800. something along those lines.

as you see the system is not complete yet so ( this is the left over garbage build so not spending any coin on it try to get what parts i need cheap) cheap is the point of this machine to use up cheap or other wise garbage parts around the house. thank for your help.

You should be good to go with the CX400, but you might want to get the 500W Seasonic instead just to have a more powerful PSU in case you need it for something.

see i was looking at those i just thought they might not be enough but you would take this over the bfg http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...r&promoid=1219
or how is this one http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...e%20Technology
trying not to buy another one of these cause there almost double the price i want to spend on this. http://ncix.com/products/index.php?s...%20Electronics

edit it seems that the cx400 is made by seasonic ?

The CX400 is made by Seasonic, and it's much better than that BFG.

The low-end Striders are mediocre.

if video is not much go for a sparkle 400 watter...

now, after the mass lols stop, consider it. its a good psu for the money/(30'sih pricematched) if video card is not a lot. heavy oc on 2180 will juice it up a bit, but shouldnt be outside its specs.
