Overall, looks sound.
The Efficiency is a bit dubious though, is there any way
you could get some known PSU efficiency numbers to use as a master reference.
Maybe permission to use the numbers from one of the high end reviews you mentioned,
and test the same model using your method.

Reall great article I love it! It's cool to have a full resume of what review are made of. HWC is one of the only place you can have it like that!

Very informative for those of us considering GPU upgrades. I'm guessing the test system hardware/software has had some updates since this was written?
Also, can you clarify your GPU reviews as they relate to power supplies; if a system with a 2080ti is pulling 415 total watts, how do we estimate the size of power supply to give it?

You would want to give it either a 550 or 650W power supply. As long as the power supply original manufacturer design and platform is solid there shouldn't be an issue.
