hahahaha well the rads are passive so the more surface area the better. To toss this all into perspective for you the average 360 rad dissipates about 120-150 watts of heat WITH 1200-1500RPM. The BEST 360 rads may get 200 maybe 250 if they're lucky and I'm going with no fans or very slow ones just to keep air moving by the rads. In any case the cooling is going to be passive so that's why so many rad's are needed, sorry for the confusion the 9x120 doesn't mean the amount of fans its just to give everyone a ballpark of rad size. I'm thinking if I can find some for cheaper using rads from Volvo VN's (they use copper core rads) but I doubt it and its a fitting abortion so for now the 9x120's should do nicely.

And the computers for gaming in Eyefinity (5040x1050) but may be used for video editing if I ever get around to actually using my camera.

I mean... well... YOU mean 120.9 rads ? (so actually 120mm x 9 )? seriously, if so, i never seen something this ridiculous... hopefully, this comp gonna be wheel mounted..

Why not buy a small fridge, mount your rads IN the fridge (drill some hole on the side). It will be way less expensive. 1 or 2 120.3 rads would get the job done. As rad are expensive and a small fridge can be found for ~50$ used... anyway with the tons of rads (yet again, ridiculous) he wanted to buy, I expect this is not meant to be moved around -.-

a fridge is design to cold thing that don't procuduce heat, if you put a rad in a fridge you are gone burn your cpu and everything plug on it , the rad will heat the interior of the fridge until it reach very high temp and burn the cpu, and yes even if the fridge is working

I specifically DO NOT want to use sub ambient temps because its an extra hassle (insulating everything) and MarkOne is right you'll blow your computer up using a fridge. If I wanted to do sub ambient I'd go phase.
Why in gods name would you move a desktop anywhere in the first place? That's why they developed laptop computers! My PC gets moved every six months to get blown out.

lol I'm a bit of an Asus fanboy and I've never had luck with any of my EVGA stuff. I think 2 5970's should do me just fine for now. Ive already spent 1900 on video card upgrades this year and another 5970 is pushing it if I change my mind and go Tri SLI with FERMI my girlfriend will probably stab me. I am however considering holding off on ordering my mosfet blocks now that I saw the Rampage Extreme III.
lol This isn't for bragging rights or e-peen size its just cuz I love working on PC's which is why I don't do budgets.
