Default New PSU for a folding rig

Need opinion if the Corsair TX850 would be enought for:

Q6600 oc to 3600 mhz
2X 9800 GX2

I don't have 2 GX2 right now, and I have an OCZ powerstream 520W, so is it safe to try the Q6600 + 9800 GX2 with this powersupply?

ANd is the corsair louder/ quieter than my OCZ?

Thanks

The Seasonics and Silverstones have been on sale at NCIX lately. Good buys too.

The TX850 will be more than enough, and you can run a single 9800GX2 off of that PSU, but not two.

I run a TX750 day in day out with a GTS 250 and three 8800GTs, as well as a heavily overclocked quad without issue.. I'd imagine that a pair of GX2s would be similar in load.

I believe a pair of GX2s would require less power.

A TX750 would be more than enough for 2X GX2 + OC'd Q6600, but if you can get the 850 for around the same price it's never a bad thing to have overhead.... ;)
