The 620HX is more then enough for what average people do with there pc's....yes even clocking it. People are often buying 1000w psu's thinking they need this but rarely do.

If you put your config in eXtreme Power Supply Calculator, in the right way, you will get:

No more than 300 Watts... 19 A in the 12 Volts rail... for your config..

Think about CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX ATX12V V2.2 450W
