Interesting proposition.

Anyway, the Ultra x4 500W is a bit over your price range but would be pretty good.

I'm not sure about the inter-compatibility of the standards (m-ATX PSU and ATX cases), but if it fits in your case the Ultra x4 fits your requirements perfectly.

I'm worried about the longevity of the x4 (not sure about case compatibilities either but I could always make a bracket that would fit). It does have a lifetime warranty if I register, so I guess there is nothing lost if it fails.
