750 is way enough for most system but depending on the price difference get the 850. He will give you more headroom over time.

I got a Seasonic M12D-850 from NCIX recently for $120 which was an awesome price.
I installed it yesterday and it's nice having a powerful modular PSU. Although my cable management skills suck, I managed to clear the main issues I've had with my current build with a non modular PSU.
