Default Someone tell me the truth

I just finished reading the 9 PSU 850 watt round up and I liked the sounds of the Seasonic S12D which is priced at $209 over at NCIX.

So I went browsing and saw another Seasonic model, the M12D, for a whopping $370!
NCIX.com - Buy Seasonic M12D 850W EPS12V 20/24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 80PLUS 8PIN PCI-E 120MM Fan - M12D-850W In Canada.

But then, while looking at boxing day sales, I see they have the M12D for $112.
NCIX.com - Buy Seasonic M12D 850W EPS12V 20/24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 80PLUS 8PIN PCI-E 120MM Fan - M12D-850W In Canada.

So what I want to know is how much better the M12D is over the S12D, and if this $370 price is just a bluff to make me freak out at the savings to buy it now.

Anyone?

The M12D is identical to the S12D, except for the fact that it is modular (even better). $120 is definitely an awesome price, so if you're looking for a PSU in that wattage range, I think you should jump on it.

Same item is $359 at NewEgg. Sound like a decent deal to me. Do your homework and compare the specs

I just bought this thing for $120 Free shipping! I think I just got away with highway robbery.

I was honestly planning on upgrading my PC around April but I really doubt I would find a PSU this nice for that kind of money.

The 750W of the same line was at 100$ on sale. I don't know if there's still stock though.
