HX650 from Corsair would be good as well, probably more than enough to run your setup too.
Silverstone Strider is Enhance and very solid, with Silver Certs to boot.

That TT unit is HEC , bad choice really, cheap internals from what I've heard.

I got my Seasonic S12 650 for $70 at NCIX but that was with a rebate...

They are far from being Generic PSU's, suprisingly the Vendor they use builds very Solid complicated yet decent Units for Dells Higher Offerings.
And, 90% of those i5 Systems have integrated Graphics. Most of the TIme (depending on the model of Card obviously) the VC draws more from the wall then the CPU will.

So that is a poor example.

either way the xps8000 has a 350watt rated psu and it runs the i5 with 16gb ram and a 1gig gts240

they even offer a i7 upgrade with the same model for 100$ bucks, not sure if it upgrades the psu, doubt it
