Default Which one is a better choice?

Hello, I am looking at 850 Watt power supplies because they are in my budget and provide enough juice to crossfire a pair a modern video cards. Basically it comes down to this:

Corsair HX 850W Power Supply w/ 140mm Fan $189.99

Antec TruePower Quattro 850W Power Supply $179.99

So I have read that the Corsair is amazing, but Antec is also a premium brand. I have been told that since my case has the PSU on the bottom I should get a PSU with a fan at the back, like the Antec model. This is because the dust will fall into a top mounted fan and clog it up over time. Is this true? Which one is the better buy?

To put it simply, it's mostly a load of nonsense.
