My System Specs

Welcome to the forums.

Best way is to disconnect it completely from your system, on the long motherboard plug short out the green wire with one of the black ones Power Supply Unit (PSU) Basics including ATX Power Supply Pinouts , put a load on a couple of the molex connectors (a fan and a HD should be fine), and see if it powers the fan.
