We're talking a 5970 here. It can definitely run one, but two will definitely be pushing it. I'd rather have a quiet PSU than a loud one, with efficiency/heat to spare.

Power usage of a 5970 should be roughly comparable to a 4870X2, so it's doable with an HX750 if the PC isn't ridiculously overclocked.

I can't say that it's quieter than my old HX520 though.
