What's some good PSU and voltage monitoring software?

I know about a multi-meter but I saw programs that monitors voltage and stuff.

What are the three programs showing besides the speed fan.

Yes there is software out there that will "show" you voltages but they aren't usually very accurate.

Voltage monitoring programs are a complete joke. The closest I have seen to accurate is Gigabyte's Ptuner software but you need a Gigabyte Odin GT PSU to use it and even then it is off my a fair amount.

Just for posterities sake... the upper right hand looks like an older version of Sisoft Sandra, and I suspect the lower left is a bundled motherboard monitor.

I picked up a digital non contact thermometer today for 33 bucks... just wanted to try it on the computer parts and see how it compares with the monitoring software..... seems Ill probably get different results since I can't get to the cpu/gpu's themselves....
