I hate the looks of the XFX one, so my decision would be based purely upon that. If it suits your colour scheme though, then go for it.

In my opinion XFX will turn heads at lan's because it looks godly. The corsair is just plain. If you don't have a sidewindow or just don't care about looks go for the corsair since it's a better company (xfx has pretty bad customer service) plus as previously stated the 2 extra years on the warranty. Otherwise go xfx for sexy-ness. Pick which one is more important to you - looks or reliability.

man what kind of world do we live in that we look for a better looking psu! I'd go for corsair for warranty personally . I'm not saying that the XFX is bad I'd just go with whichever one is cheaper. You won't notice much of a difference.
