Default Advice Needed: Best Budget PSU?

Any thoughts on a budget PSU? I'm thinking $65 and under? It's just for a desktop PC that is in my living/dining room area. I was hoping to get something reasonably quiet but I guess beggars can't be choosers...any thoughts?

$82 isn't budget (no I don't count MIRs).

Solid budget PSU would be something like this: NCIX.com - Buy Seasonic SS-350ET 350W ATX12V 20/24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 80PLUS 120MM Fan OEM - SS-350ET In Canada.

Though depends on what kind of system this has to power...

I bought one of those for my friend. It's amazing how quiet it was. I bought it on directcanada.com but they dont have anymore in stock. I found this one on newegg for the same price. like I said, it was very quiet and pc power & cooling is a very good brand.

Newegg.ca - PC Power & Cooling Silencer PPCS420X 420W ATX12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

for $50.99
