I am very sure it sound different from that videocard squeeling. I put my ear to the PS and it definitely coming from the PS.

None of mine have ever squealed under heavy load. Besides my 8800 Ultra when it squealed at full load, sounded different than the squeal of the dieing PSU it was attached to.
