Default Good psu?

Is this a good psu for the price?
Newegg.com - Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL-S 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready Power Supply - Power Supplies

or should i get this one?
Newegg.com - Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Ready Power Supply - Power Supplies

whats the difference?

Also is that a good company? I know there are better psu's out there but i need a fairly cheap psu (50-70$) with at least 600 watts. If you have any better suggestions please post a link to them.

Also I need it to be able to work with a gtx 260 core 216 55nm graphics card.
Newegg.com - EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Will either of those rosewills work with that graphics card?

Thank you.

The company is fine - but it will depend on the rest of your system too not just Video card. The other thing is i hope your american because that is .com and if your in canada and its .ca and we get pretty crappy deals and no free shipping.

I'm using a 700w with my 260 cor 216 but I'll let one of the experts direct you properly - I was linked to this before

eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite v2.5

Good luck but if your in Canada your screwed on those PSU's

Don't recommend calculators they are junk and also don't recommend Rosewill they are junk to.

Buy a good quality Corsair.. like the 550 or 620.

A corsair HX520W would be perfect, and it is modular.
Newegg.ca - CORSAIR CMPSU-520HX 520W ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies

If you want, drop me a PM I got one I'm willing to sale.

My System Specs

In the $50-70USD range, about all I can suggest is this: Newegg.com - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

In that price range it's probably your best bet. But if you can "afford" a bit more go with Corsair.
