I think the Corsair fanboys just bash anything else that isn't Corsair, especially a product which is a real threat to the Corsair lineup.

I have the PCP&C Silencer 750W PSU and I would probably buy another PCP&C PSU in the future again. If given the choice I would pick this over a Corsair PSU. Those are over-rated.

And contrary to popular belief, having an 80mm fan does NOT mean noise. I prefer the PSU heat to be exhausted out of the case anyway instead of re-circulated inside like with most 120mm-equpped PSUs.

I've powered dual 4850 cards, a Q9450 CPU at 3.8GHz, 4 hard drives, a sound card and 6 fans with my PSU. It's never failed me.

People might be attract by the cosair psu colored fonts

I always consider Price/performance first, then reliability, i am ready to gamble on my surge protector with my pc components i know my components are not worth much, but even with an gtx 285 in there i would still feel the same way

Corsairs just the popular brand nowadays, nothing wrong with the PC&P 750, I'd recommend them both equally. Only real difference between the 2 is the fan arrangement. Both are similar quality.
