Finaly managed to find one of those...

FSP Group Power Supply Units Roundup (page 10) - X-bit labs

It's a unit sold as Sparkle SPI, and made by FSP (FSP460-60PFN). I got it for $25 with 3 months warranty (it's slightly used). Anyway, it worked right off the bat.
A little noisy, but it does exactly what I'm expecting for it. They gave me a 24 to 20 pins adaptor and a few molex-to-SATA adaptor to suit my need. This thing is heavy. Review states, that is an entry-level server PSU, so it must be good for 24/7 long term usedm so I assume good component quality.

Anyway, it's been the third PSU in that old rig.
First one was an ANTEC True 430W (2 years) ans a Thermaltake Tr2 470 (1 1/2 years). This will bring that old rig to the end of it's life cycle...
