Default PSU Help

I have heard that the Enhance ENP-5150GH 500W is the same as the Silverstone Element ST50EF-PLUS 500W that SKYMTL reviewed. Can anyone verify this for me and from what I can tell if this is the case the only difference is the the ST50EF-PLUS has sleeved cables and is a retail box where the ENP-5150GH does not have sleeved cables and is an OEM package.

Enhance ENP-5150GH 500W - $73.44
Silverstone Element ST50EF-PLUS 500W - $90.93

Also here are the specs on the my rig that I will be using this PSU on, I think it should be enough.

AMD Opeteron 144
DFI LANParty UT Ultra-D
2GB OCZ EL Plats PC3200
EVGA 7900 GS KO 256
WD 80GB 7200rpm
SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio
LG 16X DVD-ROM
HP 16X DVD±RW
2 CCFL
3 x 120mm case fans

The price difference is not worth it. I would not sacrifice the 3-year Silverstone warranty for $17.
