Default This caught my interest....
....and wondered if anyone has tried it out yet.

Canada Computers - Input Devices > Gaming Devices > PC Game Controllers : OCZ Neural Impulse Actuator.

Only drawback is it doesn't work with 64bit

You mean the people who ordered in May and are still waiting to get them, somehow I think they are going to be disappointed. I was tempted to pick 1 up at Canada Computers to try it out and then return it but they would charge me 15% restocking fee so I passed.

The problem I have with this is that there is nothing "neural" about it. All this device does is pick up on muscle movements which you associate with on-screen actions. So clenching your jaw can be the Fire button while a wink can be indicated for a Jump action.

This basically means you look like you are having a facial seizure while playing your favorite game. I have seen this being used and the person looks absolutely ridiculous while using it. It is great for a laugh but not much else.

I was watching Discovery channel the other day and there was a scientist who figured that within ten years they would develop an implantable chip that would leave people connected to the internet at all times, with the ability to just think and cause all interactions. I'm already on info overload some days.
