Philips Retractable Game Controller

Ok, i'm running vista Ultimate and bought this controller but the force feedback don't work. Has anyone had this problem before with this controller? if it's a dud it's going back, but if anyone has info on where i can find a driver specifically for this i'd appreciate it. Thanks
