i had the steelseries before i went with the coolermaster and it had black switches and i hated it. i found it so hard to type on.

My System Specs

I've had blacks, reds, browns, greens, and blues, on various different keycap types. Reds, Blacks, and Blues have been on Filco boards. Browns on a Choc Mini, and Greens on a Ducky. Keycaps used on the boards varied, as I wasn't necessarily using the stock keycaps.

My preferences have settled on:

Keycap type - PBT

Switch type:

Red - All around/gaming
Green - Typing/work

My actual keyboards:

Filco Majestouch-2 Tenkeyless Red with KBC PBT etched keycaps.
Ducky DK9008G2 with Laser engraved PBT keycaps.

I'm pretty happy and have no urge to try any others. I've always been curious about Topres, but not enough to actually spend the money on one.

the only thing i wish that the coolermaster quickfire rapid had was black lighting...
