Default What computer desk should i get?

Hello HWC.

I believe that i am going to get myself a computer desk for Christmas. I am not sure what to get. I currently have a desk that i find is to high and i am not able to sit back in my chair and my back hurts quite fast.

Please make some suggestions.

Thanks
GG

A computer desk is about as subjectional as what does a person find appealing in a woman.

IKEA is WAY overpriced. Take a look on kijiji or craigslist and see whats used.

Well, I'd recommend building yourself a standing desk, but if you're not interested in a standing desk, it's hardly a useful recommendation.

Lets try and narrow this down a bit to help the question then people can post some ideas :)

Do you prefer:

Table style?
Hutch?
L-Desk?
Case under the desk or on it?

Personally I have an L-Desk with a height/width matched table with minor hutch/shelf at the back.

heh with that many monitors I personally wouldn't be buying anything from Ikea. A furniture warehouse or used online is where I'd start. Mounting those monitors on a wall might be a good idea too... then you don't need a huge desk.
