Corsair announces the K95

Vengeance K95 Fully-Mechanical Keyboard

Wonder how long it will be before it is on Canadian store shelves? (And how much will it cost???)

G-keys? Logitech software behind this?

Either way, Looks really good.

Lpfan4ever March 16, 2013 06:00 PM

Corsair has their own software, which works pretty well for everything I've done with it.

The K95 sounds like what the K90 should have been to begin with. I am still extremely happy with my K90 purchase though, has seen a lot of use and was a big improvement over my Meka G1.

I wonder what kind of backlighting. I know it has levels but what colours.

Speaking just for myself, that matters if all my stuff glows the same colour or not.

What would be a good option for a kb like this but without all those g-keys? I'd never use those. I do like the KB otherwise though.

Never tried a mechanical keyboard before, so I dont know what I'm missing. However if I ever decided to try it, I would go with one without the G-Keys otherwise this KB looks neat.

Corsair is dominating the PC world components right now or what?

Right now Corsair has the K60. Main issue with the K60 is that it's not backlit. However, a little bit of looking around and I found this thread. Seems like Corsair might have a succesor in the making for the K60 too.

Corsair K65 Keyboard Sneak Peek?

Interesting. However it doesn't appear that its backlit either. Not something that would stop me though. I can't justify $120 or more for a KB but something decent around 70-80 is reasonable.

BigPhatPaulie March 17, 2013 01:23 PM

I had a k60 ( only cuz a can of pop killed it but thats my stupidity haha) it was a phenominal keyboard and I would recommend it to anyone but a backlight would have been nice
