Razer Naga Mouse Questions?
Hello, I am planning to buy a Razer Naga [Epic, Molten, 2102,etc.] and I was just wondering if I needed to buy an In-Store Product Replacement Warranty because of all of the quality issues with Razer. Are they true? Like the issue with the double click and the sensor problems. Thank you
There are currently 2 Razer Naga Molten mice in my household, my fiancee and myself each have/use one. We haven't had them for a year yet, however neither of us have found any issues with them whatsoever. This is not to say what the quality of product you may get, just that ours have no issues so far.
My son had a Naga Molten edition for about a year, then it developed the double-click problem.
Razer and quality is something that's really hit or miss. It really depends on how lucky Razer got with the current OEM - I think Razer themselves have very little to do with the actual quality of their product. I buy Razer products with the expectation that they will break and warranty service will be nonexistent. With other brands like Logitech, I expect quality and excellent customer service if something does go wrong.
