What's a good USB Hub

Currently I have a cheap rosewill 7 port usb hub and today I noticed some of the ports are dead. I was looking on ncix and did see the belkin 2.0 with seven connections which is nice but more would be better.

I currently have eight external hard drives and seven non hard drive usb dependencies. I was planning to get my file server finished and my usb 3.0 externals as well. Sorta just wanted to get a bit of advice on if the belkin would be the best choice or if there is something else that is good enough for the task as well and a little cheaper if possible :P
