How old is the mouse? Is it used at all? I found that the sensor on my basic logitech laser mouse started getting jittery after six years of steady use.

Although I don't think this is the case with you, I figured I'd bring it up just in case.

well my razor is about 5-6 months old I think, I don't like M1 or M2 either, I find them too loud.

About the jiggle thing it does, when it does it, on screen it randomly jumps around about the size of this . I have to move the mouse to make it stop, its really annoying when I'm a gunner in a tank in BF3, when I'm holding the fire button I find it starts too sometimes.

Maybe I'll buy a mouse pad and put that on the phone book. The mouse is the perfect size and shape though for fingertip grip, there was hardly any like it with +800dpi, I liked my old M100 logitech but it was to inaccurate for BC2 and BF3, only 800dpi, but it tracked perfect on any surface.

edit: I think its getting worse, aiming in a tank is getting harder, I'm going to try using a cardboard thing I have here

This thing has 125/1000 Hz polling and 450/1800/3500 dpi, and it can't track smoothly on a bed sheet or a bed quilt where I use it mostly...my old 800dpi logitech could. Higher dpi mice don't track smoothly on uneven surfaces. 3500dpi is really really high, it tracks too good for your bed sheet uses.
