Does it feel like it got dislodged internally?
If it's still under warranty I might just try an RMA. Otherwise I'd probably disassemble it to see if something's out of place, with the expectation of buying a new mouse if I either was unable to fix it, or broke it further while disassembling.
I've had scroll wheels on several mice stop registering scrolling correctly, never actually been able to fix them, usually I just toss the mouse and get a new one.
