I think the Krypton's are O.K,but I understand that they are about the same as the original series. Again, they were good, but NOTHING like the Carbon series. I had the originals and they don't come close to the Carbon's. Right now, you can get a set of Carbon's at NCIX for $189.00. The Krypton's go for less than $150.00,but finding them anywhere is not easy.

Wow! Thanks for that info. That's almost half price. Worth getting me a set for a back up. I think I'll do that. Thanks again.

Psyko has a Black Friday sale going on. You can order direct from Psyko Audio. Krypton's $79.00. Psyko Carbon,[the absolute best] are $149.00. Those prices, finally put Psyko within reach of just about everybody.

Glad I saw this post. I was looking into getting a new headset, and 150 seems like a steal for the carbon. This will replace a janky alienware headphones that I've had for a while. I'm sure the 5.1 surround will be quite an improvement as well in games. I will then use my alienwares on my ipod.

The Logitech G930 blow minus the nice, clear wireless and strong bass. They feel very squeezy on your temples, and have poor comfort even for short periods of time. I have mine sitting beside me and probably should sell them, lol.

Sennheiser Sennheiser USA - Gamer Headset - USB for PC - Skype,VoIP - Personal Audio that's if you have the budget to buy it, But I can tell you, you will never regret buying one. The best pair I have PC360!. I already broke 5+ headsets over the years. (mostly from snapping)
