Mice takes a lot of time to detect...
 
When I boot my PC, once window 7 is loaded, it takes about 30 secs-1 minute for my mice to start working, same goes for my keyboard. Very annoying considering my I get into my W7 session under 15 seconds and having to wait to do anything...:dots:

Any idea?

are they plugged into a usb hub or directly to the computer ?

Shouldn't be happening. Are your mouse/keyboard using some kind of proprietary driver or something? Maybe that's what takes extra time to load?

my other thought was to ask if your computer was done loading

but you should still have mouse/keyboard access early on
