Drop a PM to Evul Munk on CM Storm explaining this is the second mouse to have this issue and RMAing another time would now put your shipping cost well beyond what you paid for it. There might be something you can work out with them.
CM Support is pretty good but sometimes talking to someone a little higher works well.
