Issues with CM Storm Sentinel

Anyone else have issues with drifting? I'm using the latest software (1.3) but the problem doesn't go away. Sometime the LED lights comes on but the centre display blinks out and I have reset by cycling the USB plug. I also been looking around CM's website but they didn't post any stand alone firmware.

I suggest you contact their customer support as the mouse does have a warranty.

There is a couple of fixs listed on CM's Support page but TBH for all the time I have seen this I have yet to find a solid fix, some ppl's are fixed by simply moving to another usb port, other removing the device from Device Manager and re enabling worked but if it was me I would fire off a support ticket to CM Storm since the problem is widespread.

I only ask because I already RMA the mouse once over this. Guess another one in the recycle bin since sending it back for a second time would cause more than what I originally paid for.

Drop a PM to Evul Munk on CM Storm explaining this is the second mouse to have this issue and RMAing another time would now put your shipping cost well beyond what you paid for it. There might be something you can work out with them.
CM Support is pretty good but sometimes talking to someone a little higher works well.

Munk is pretty busy lately though so it might take a couple of days for a response.
YMMV

No issues with mine as of yet. It's just over two months old.

mo' does your mouse have any version number on the sticker? I think I got the first batch of mouse as the first one from NCIX was DOA and the replacement end up RMA in a few months.
