Whats mini-sas?

I was looking at this,
Newegg.ca - SANS DIGITAL TR8X-B 8 Bay SAS / SATA JBOD Storage Enclosure (Black)
But seen it has a mini-sas interface instead of esata. I've never exactly heard of that and googling it just brought up several different images of several cables. Should I not even bother with this and just get the rosewill version which is currently $50 cheaper as well.

It's like a Mini DVI. Just a smalelr version of a SAS port. So this one probably come with a mini-SAS to SAS cable and no e-sata.

Not really : is a port that concentrates more SAS connections on one smaller port, usually 4. You need a cable, a fan out SAS cable that opens with 4 ports at the other end. Used for server/storage adapters. that cable alone is like 15$ or more
