Default Changing LED in a backlit keyboard

I am wondering if anyone would know how or know of any sites where it shows how to change the LED in an Eclipse or Logitech G11 keyboard. I want to change the LED's to green. The only keyboards that I found that come with green LED's are Deck and they want $160 for the 105 key and $119 for their 82 key.

I had a conversation with some pals who thought about changing the disgusting/overplayed blue backlight to something more tasteful. We never came up with a way of doing it because it seems the illumination is from individual diodes underneath every single key.

Here is a YouTube video of a modded G15. As I suspected, you'd need a lot of LEDs of a desired colour and some soldering experience.
